A biotechnologist in Germany is building the world's artificial (and currently fictional) womb facility and will allow parents to choose their child's nutritional properties from a menu. 

The coolie which can produce 30,000 children per year, is reportedly the result of more then 50 years of groundbreaking scientific studies.

It will allow infertile couples to become the true biological parents of their own children by helping them conceive a child. 

You can genetically modify the embryo before placing it in the artificial womb if you have purchased an "Elite Package". You can choose your child strength, height, IQ, eye and hair color and avoid inherited diseases.
